Every transaction is documented from confirmation to delivery, and trading can be paired with our vaulting and logistics services for counterparties who want one point of contact from start to finish.
New counterparties are onboarded before their first trade, so pricing, documentation and settlement terms are agreed in advance and nothing needs to be negotiated on the day. Once an account is in place, repeat orders are quick to arrange, whether the requirement is a single purchase or a standing supply arrangement. Every counterparty works with the same team from the first enquiry onwards, and every trade is recorded in full. Trading can also be paired with vaulting, logistics and custom minting, so a requirement that grows over time can be handled in one place.
